After making a donation the addon is working better than I dared to hope. Til today I only used it for MP3 HQ downloads which finished really fast. The only thing to critize is that the fact I have donated is stored in a cookie, so you have to refresh it each time after deleting cookies with CCleaner or similar programs. Maybe there could be a similar solution to store the information, like StartPage can do with my personal preferences. Nevertheless thanks for a nearly perfect addon!

I've used Easy YouTube Video Downloader for a long time and have been very satisfied with it. I just got the Pro version because I wanted to have higher quality for a very special video project I was doing.

Very Useful tools

I appreciate their hardwork. Hoping to test it out. Thanks all.

I got the Pro version, because I am only interested n mp3 files. Downloads as mp3 are somewhat time delayed, but flawless, and I believe a donation to the projects is well deserved and worth it.
One has to make sure the ad-on is installed on the right computer, as only one instal is allowed per user, which in my case had some draw backs.

Работает,но до MPEG4 (720),всё остальное за денежки ))))

El complemento funcionó como lo esperaba es exelente

This is a free plugin for 720p or lower and does a great job - 5 stars there.

But YouTube has split the audio and video on 1080p now, meaning it has to be processed (joined) before it can be downloaded. Otherwise you get no sound (as with another plugin I tried) Many of the plugins no longer work (not to mention the FFv57 upgrade). Another popular plugin took hours and watermarked the output, then asked for money to fix it. (extortion!)

This one did a much better job, asking for a donation up front for server processing. It was able to process a 2 hr HD video in just a few minutes with excellent results. I happily paid for it.

The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is it uses cookies to upgrade rather than giving you an upgraded plugin. I had to fiddle with my security settings to get it working.
