English-Georgian Dictionary geliştiren: Giorgi Chkheidze (გიორგი ჩხეიძე)

This extension injects a compact eng.ge dictionary panel into web pages at the user's command via toolbar button, context menu, or keyboard shortcut.

Data transmission:
- User-entered dictionary search terms are sent to https://eng.ge/index.php?q=...
- Selected page text is sent only when the user chooses "Search eng.ge" for selected text.
- Definition/contribution form content is sent to https://eng.ge when the user submits it.
- Authenticated requests use eng.ge cookies with credentials: include for session, logout, contribution, and trusted editor operations.

Permissions:
- Access to all HTTP/HTTPS pages is used to inject the panel and support selected-text search on arbitrary pages.
- tabs is used to message open tabs, inject scripts after user activation, and keep pinned/minimized state synchronized.
- storage is used for local panel state.
- contextMenus is used for selected-text search.

No remote scripts are loaded by the extension. Remote requests are made only to https://eng.ge.
