Toggle on/off:
• Reels and short videos
• Sponsored (ad) posts
• "Suggested for you" and unfollowed-page posts
• Posts from groups you haven't joined
• The Stories bar at the top
• Left shortcuts sidebar (menu, groups)
• Right sidebar (contacts, birthdays, chats)
• The "What's on your mind?" post composer

Your preferences sync across devices via your browser account. The extension runs only on facebook.com and collects zero data — no tracking, no analytics, no network calls.
