Filed: Save Anything to Notion geliştiren: Virgile Gouala

Filed brings your Notion system to the web.

One floating toolbar, injected on every page. One click sends anything to exactly the right database, with properties already filled in. No context switching, no copy-pasting, no blank pages.

Free to start. 14-day Pro trial, no card required.

WHAT YOU CAN CAPTURE
Full articles, extracted and converted to clean Notion blocks (headings, lists, tables, code), with word count and personal reading time written automatically
Page URLs with title, favicon, and a generated browser-window cover image
Screenshots: viewport, full page, or a drawn region
Annotate any screenshot: rectangle, ellipse, arrow, text labels, highlight, step markers, blur, and crop, all in a fullscreen editor (Pro)
PDFs: any page saved as a searchable file, uploaded directly to Notion
Text highlights and quotes, saved as formatted blocks
Images from any page, hover to select, click to save
YouTube videos with transcript and timestamp deep-link (plays inside Notion)
Voice memos with automatic in-browser transcription (Pro)
Colors from any page, single pixel or full palette extraction

Right-click any image, link, quote, or page to save it via the Filed context menu: no toolbar needed.

AI ENRICHMENT (PRO)
After each save, Filed AI generates a 2-3 sentence summary, suggests tags from your existing library, and can fill custom workflow properties with AI-derived values. Free users get 15 lifetime AI calls at no cost. Pro users get 500 calls per month.

HOW WORKFLOWS WORK
Every capture goes somewhere specific. The built-in Quick Capture workflow handles most saves out of the box. Create your own workflows to route content to any database with custom property mapping: one for research, one for job leads, one for design inspiration. Domain rules let Filed pick the right workflow automatically based on the site you're on.

DUPLICATE DETECTION
Before saving a URL, Filed checks your save history. If the page was saved before, an inline card shows when and links to the Notion entry. Save again or skip: no silent duplicates.

MULTIPLE WORKSPACES
Connect more than one Notion workspace. Switch between them directly from the toolbar: no trip to Settings.

PRIVACY
Your content never touches Filed's servers. Not a policy, a technical constraint. Articles, highlights, quotes, and screenshots are processed in your browser and sent directly to Notion's API. Filed collects only anonymous, aggregated counts of capture types (e.g. "+1 article saved"), with no content, no URLs, and no personal data attached.
