Great extension, the only thing that freaks me out very much is the "access all data" permission which according to Firefox also includes passwords and usernames. I guess I'll just have to trust the developer...

It used to be excellent and extremely easy to operate, but since last update it has become very bothersome reporting a cookie warning with filling several fields on a page and, incredibly, using latest Google captcha, which is the most stupid captcha ever seen, because it uses very small pictures with ridiculous microscopic details that we often can't see properly and go round and round verifying pictures. Crazy, really crazy. And, on top of all this, it asks for our e-mail!

There has been a much improved change since my comment, 3 days ago.
Before, when I tried to send a report it asked to complete the form fields. No more now.
The crazy Google captcha was now replaced, another great improvement.
It is very good when a developer listens to people, as in this case. I replaced the given 3 stars with the well deserved 5.

Au temps pour moi, le problème vient de Quantcast depuis l'application du RGPD.
J'ai installé une appli qui me redonne le contrôle de certains cookies sur ces sites pourris : https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/addon/qookiefix/
Je garde "I don't carre..." car il fait bien son boulot sur les autres sites.

UPDATE: I'm downgrading my review to three (3) stars due to recent change of ownership. I like this extension, not avast. I also did not realize there's no source anywhere despite being "open source" per Mozilla AMO. Where's the github link? Now with the change of ownership I ask the developer to release the source code on GitHub, Gitlab or wherever so everyone can work on this. Please?

OLD REVIEW:
These cookie prompts are now more annoying than ever. Because of the GDPR you now have to go through a stupid settings page, it is no longer just a "this website uses cookies" prompt usually at the bottom of a page. Now you get it in your face every time you clear your cookies!

I have Firefox set to reject all cookies (except for sites I manually add to Exceptions). This works surprisingly well and I rarely need cookies enabled to surf the web. For the sites where I need cookies, I add them to the exceptions list in Firefox. Those cookies gets deleted when I close the site tab (using the Cookie AutoDelete extension).

This works very smoothly but I did have the problem of Google popping up dialog boxes I needed to accept every time I used them for a search). This extension got rid of that dialog box which is wonderful since it was pushing the results down when it loaded using Ajax a second after the search results.
