MinBlock adds a small pause between intention and habit. Choose a time budget when you open sites you add to your list (e.g., youtube.com). When your time runs out, the page is covered with an “Exit” button and, after a short wait, options to extend.
Setup is simple: add domains, set the extend wait (seconds), and pick duration shortcuts. Everything stays on your device—no accounts, no tracking.
