NDT Cookies is a browser extension for managing website cookies locally.

Features:
- View cookies in a table, raw Netscape format, or HTTP Header format.
- Search and filter cookies by name, domain, security, session, and expiration.
- Export cookies as JSON, Puppeteer JSON, or Netscape format.
- Import cookies from JSON, Netscape files, or pasted text.
- Copy individual cookie values or complete cookie output.
- Optional password encryption for exported files.
- Light and dark themes.
- Multi-language interface.

Cookie data is processed locally on your device. The extension does not send cookie contents to external servers.
