Bug fixes:
- Fixed active-user tracking: the extension could keep reporting 0 active users on a presence's page even while it was genuinely active, because the background service worker's in-memory state was lost every time Chrome/Firefox evicted it (a routine MV3 behavior). Active-presence tracking now survives service worker restarts.
- Fixed the periodic heartbeat alarm being perpetually delayed under continuous activity, sometimes preventing it from ever firing.
- Closing a tab now correctly stops reporting its presence as active (previously it could stay "active" server-side indefinitely).
- Fixed a race where a fresh browser start or extension install/update could run background initialization twice concurrently.
- Minor reliability improvements to presence enable/disable/uninstall and update checks.

extension's active-user heartbeat, which could silently stop reporting a presence as active after the background service worker restarted.

2.1.0.1 is a critical hotfix: the 2.1.0 build's API endpoint was accidentally baked in as a local development address instead of the production API, breaking the connection to Nowly's servers. This release corrects the build so the extension talks to the real API again. No functional or UI changes beyond that.

Nowly 2.1.0 is a full redesign of the extension: a rebuilt side panel with dedicated Activity, Store, Settings, onboarding, and diagnostics views, reorganized settings with light/dark/system appearance, and clearer feedback throughout (connection status, install errors, guided onboarding).
