What changed:
- New cleaner popup UI for secure, warning, dangerous, not-indexed, loading, and failed-check states.
- Reduced repeated checks for the same domain by using local cache behavior.
- Reduced repeated warning popups when the page safety result has not changed.
- Improved handling for local/private URLs such as localhost and 127.0.0.1 so they are not incorrectly sent for remote checking.
- Added support for faster domain policy updates from the backend while limiting expensive provider checks.
- Added safer rendering for extension icons and warning notices to address Firefox validation warnings about unsafe innerHTML usage.
- Improved domain management workflow for maintainers, including easier status updates and inline editing support.
- General stability, packaging, and validation fixes for Firefox and Chrome builds.
