    with the latest update, the app has stopped shutting down, only restarting the browser helps.

    Simple fix for Firefox v71 is to roll back to the previous version. I had to create a different profile when doing so but that wasn't a big deal.

    It might be a good idea to download Firefox v69 and then disconnect your internet - or disable it - otherwise it will attempt to update itself as soon as you fire it up. If you are quick you can interrupt this process though and turn off auto-updates.

    No-doubt, in time, PureVPN will work with Firefox v71 and you can then update Firefox.

    I would not recommend anyone to go for PureVPN service. Despite of being premium member i am unable to use the service as it gives error message "Please renew your account to use the extension"

    This is a joke.

    I even posted the query for resolution to customer care. And after one week they closed my call stating they have resolved my case. But without any input or without any resolution how do you expect to close the call? This is unacceptable.

    WARNING. Do not waste your money behind this pathetic company who are only fooling people and garbing public money with lucrative offers.

    No longer works with Firefox v71. Constantly loses login credentials. Useless.

    PS: 8 Dec 2019 Issue has now been fixed and VPN currently works well.

    After upgrading to Firefox 71.0 it does not work purevpn.
    Update review:
    After that program update to 3.4.7 now works perfects.
