This plugin does all that and more.
I've set comments and related videos to be collapsed by default for instance. I also saw I can turn off channel trailer autoplay, thank the gods.
Some elements aren't working like hiding likes. But hey it's free, I can't complain.
A neat feature is a very granular playback speed option, so you can play back videos at 1.1x speed for instance, or up to 8x speed.

This is one of a kind extension, nothing comes close to having such feature-rich + intuitive interface extension options. A must have for anyone watching a lot of Youtube!
