- Оцінка 1 з 5від Lawson, 4 роки томуUpgraded to version 8 for Mac yesterday and the extension for Firefox and Chrome does not work. I have deleted the extension from the browsers and reinstalled and they do not show up on the tool bar. The extension for Safari does work.

I need a series of Tutorials. One sensitive financial account has been added and does not work. I need to remove that and start over. Others are working.So how can I speak with a person?

Looking forward to hearing from you! - Оцінка 1 з 5від jzen, 4 роки томуThe Firefox add-on won't install so I haven't been able to use 1Password at all. Frustrated. All I get is "installation aborted because add-on appears to be corrupted". I've asked 1Password community support but no help yet.

Thank you! - Оцінка 5 з 5від Ferran Buireu, 4 роки томуPese a no ser open-source y prácticamente de pago hay que decir que funciona muy bien. Muy cuidado todo. Agradecería mayor integración automática con otros servicios para importar/exportar contraseñas ya que ahora hay que hacerlo manualmente.

I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble. It sounds like you may need to adjust your auto lock settings which can be done within your 1Password desktop app: https://support.1password.com/auto-lock/#manage-auto-lock-in-the-1password-app.

It sounds like the connection to automatically unlock your extension with the desktop app isn't working as expected.
