End-User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By installing, copying, or using the "Firefox Chromecast Ultimate" extension ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

1. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Create derivative works based on the Software
- Copy the Software except for backup purposes
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
- Sublicense, rent, or lease the Software to third parties

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to the Developer and title thereto remains exclusively with the Developer. All rights not specifically granted in this Agreement are reserved to the Developer.

1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ITS OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, EVEN IF THE DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Software connects to the "ChromecastUltimate" Android application as a backend server. The Developer is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of any third-party services or applications.

1. PRIVACY

The Software may transmit data to and from the ChromecastUltimate Android application on your local network. No personal data is collected or transmitted to external servers by this extension. You are responsible for ensuring your network is secure.

1. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

1. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
