Anchor — Porn Blocker автор Levi

Anchor — Stay Focused. Stay Committed. ⚓

Anchor is a privacy-focused browser extension designed to help you quit pornography, reduce impulsive browsing, and stay committed to the goals you set when thinking clearly.

Unlike a basic website blocker, Anchor works as a commitment tool. Choose how long you want protection to remain active, configure your settings, and let Anchor help prevent a temporary urge from undoing your long-term decision.

🛡 Powerful protection

Blocks 25,000+ adult websites automatically
Lets you add your own blocked websites, proxies and bypass tools
Stops explicit searches before results appear, on all major search engines
Enforces SafeSearch on supported search engines
Displays your personal commitment message on blocked pages

🔒 Commitment Lock

Choose a commitment period, such as one week, one month or longer. While the lock is active, your selected protections cannot simply be switched off during a moment of temptation.

When you set a commitment, you choose how it's held:

A one-time code emailed to a trusted friend, who is also notified if Anchor is removed
A code sent to a backup inbox you rarely open
A short sentence you make up and remember yourself — nothing is sent anywhere
Hard mode, where no code exists at all

🌿 Reset Toolkit

When an urge appears, Anchor gives you practical tools to pause before acting:

Guided breathing, with three patterns to choose from
5-4-3-2-1 grounding
A reminder written by your clear-minded self
Plus three more exercises with Anchor Pro, including one that gets you up and doing something instead of sitting with it

✨ Anchor Pro (optional — £7.99/year, renews until cancelled)

On-device AI that blurs explicit and suggestive images as pages load
Strict hours — a nightly window where trusted-site exemptions switch off
Urge insights — the hours and days you're most tempted
A private journal and full data export
Three extra tools in the Reset Toolkit

Cancel any time in two taps inside settings. Full refund within 14 days.

🔐 Privacy first

Anchor has no accounts and no analytics. Image detection runs entirely on your device — images are never uploaded for analysis, and your browsing never leaves your computer.

Built for commitment — not shame

Anchor does not judge, frighten or punish you. It simply helps create distance between an impulse and an action, giving the person you want to become a stronger voice in the moment.

Honest about the limits: Anchor guards this browser, not other browsers or devices. No filter is perfect — some things slip through, and some harmless images get blurred. And no extension can stop you uninstalling it; browsers don't allow that. What holds instead is the commitment you set, the reason you wrote down, and whoever holds your code.

Anchor is a self-help and productivity tool. It is not medical treatment or a replacement for professional support.
