This theme is a theme that is very easy on the eyes being almost 100% black. Anything that is not black, EG: text or UI elements, are either a very dark red or a orange tinted white. The dramatically reduced white light makes it so the white light from your computer is dramatically reduced and effecting your sleep cycle less.
