ArenaSwap is a free, open-source browser extension that watches every live game across 31 sports leagues and automatically switches your browser tab to the most exciting one. Think NFL RedZone, but for every sport, every night, on whatever streaming service you already pay for.

HOW IT WORKS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. Open your streams. Pull up your games in separate browser tabs. ESPN+, Peacock, Paramount+, YouTube TV, Hulu, or any other browser-based stream works.
2. Assign each tab once. Open the ArenaSwap popup, find each live game in the list, and connect it to its tab with a single dropdown.
3. Walk away. ArenaSwap continuously scores every live game and switches you to the best one. It checks as often as every 6 seconds when things get tense, slower during quieter moments. The right tab is unmuted, the others are silenced so you always hear the right broadcast.

THE POWERSCORE ALGORITHM

Every live game gets a 0–100 PowerScore built from five signals:

• Closeness: how tight the score is, building as the game goes on
• Late-Game Pressure: tension that rises through the whole final period when the game is close, with a boost for tied games headed to overtime
• Momentum: recent scoring runs that spike and then fade
• Lead Changes: back-and-forth chaos
• Comeback Factor: teams climbing out of a hole

The signals stack and the score is capped at 100, so a genuinely exciting game climbs into the 80s and 90s, while a blowout stays low. The score builds with the game instead of sitting at a flat baseline: an early or lopsided game scores low and tension ramps toward the final buzzer. Recent scoring spikes the live signals and then fades, so even low-scoring sports keep a moving graph instead of a flat line.

Games with frozen clocks (halftimes, timeouts, stoppages) get a penalty so you're never switched into a commercial break.

Every card in the popup shows a color-coded PowerScore bar so you can see the excitement level at a glance. Open any game for the full breakdown: live signal values, PowerScore over time, team scores over time, win probability, and component contribution charts.

• Sensitivity (1–7): how big the score gap has to be before ArenaSwap switches.
• Switch Cooldown: minimum time between switches, so you're never tab-flipped mid-possession.
• Switch Delay: buffer for when your stream lags behind live data.
• Favorite Team Bonus: extra weight for games involving teams you care about. Per-league favorites supported.
• Game Boost: manually raise any game's PowerScore to keep it on screen longer.
• League filters: only monitor the sports you actually watch.
• Pro tips: optional in-app hints to help you get the most out of the extension.
• Switch notifications: browser notifications every time ArenaSwap makes a switch.

STANDBY STREAM
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

When all live games drop below a PowerScore threshold (halftime everywhere, blowouts across the board), ArenaSwap can switch to a designated Standby tab: a pregame show, a highlights feed, or whatever you keep in the background. Set the threshold and assign the tab in settings.
