Thanks for the feedback. It isn't clear from your review what specifically was not working. If you are referring to certain emotes not showing up in chat, then be sure to enable all emote providers in the BetterTTV Settings.- Оцінка 5 з 5від Користувач Firefox 18281641, 3 роки тому

Thanks for the feedback. It isn't clear from your review what specifically was not working, but it is unlikely that the extension "never once worked." If you are referring to certain emotes not showing up in chat, then be sure to enable all emote providers in the BetterTTV Settings.

Thanks for the review. This is still a setting under the Auto Play setting on the Channel settings tab. If you're having trouble finding it, search for "Auto Play" in the BetterTTV Settings menu.

Edit: I finally figured out how to work this extension, auto claim does work, so 1 star added. Instead of using the usual convention of dropdown menu from the extension button like EVERY OTHER EXTENSION IN EXISTENCE, they hide their settings at the bottom of the Twitch Chat Settings. Horribly designed ux. Move this to a normal place and I'll update the score more. Or your first screenshot should be a giant red arrow pointing to the Twitch chat settings where this is hidden.
Thanks for the review. Automatic bonus channel points claims should still be working. If you're still having trouble with that, please reach out to our support team and we'd be happy to help test this with you!
Edit to address author's edit:
We understand that it's slightly confusing to have settings embedded into the website. This stems from BetterTTV's beginning as a user script rather than an extension. We do plan to make improvements to this, but we apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime.
