Portal auto-detection now works for any signed-in user.

Version 2.0 extends the extension to support the complete denial workflow. For a denial under review, the sidebar now reports how frequently the code is reversed and the argument most often successful for that code and payer, generates a citation-backed appeal letter for direct insertion into the portal form, and calculates the time remaining to file. New panels review CPT modifier and code-pair rulings prior to submission and read eligibility and claim status from the portal page. Authenticated users may add denials to a recovery queue and record outcomes, which inform the network reversal-rate figures. The code review, eligibility review, appeal drafting, and portal insertion functions operate without an account, and patient data remains within the browser.

Adds IRIS (Insurance Reimbursement Intelligence Search), a new dedicated tab that queries BillingBench's verified policy corpus in natural language. Type a denial code, payer name, or question and receive a structured answer with a primary source citation and a deeplink into the relevant BillingBench tool. When working inside a recognized payer portal, the detected payer surfaces in the search placeholder automatically.
