CoverFill AI does not collect or sell personal data. The extension stores profile data (name variants, resume text, API key, and settings) locally in your browser storage. When you generate a letter, the selected job description and your resume text are sent directly to the OpenAI API to produce the output. No analytics or third‑party trackers are used. You can delete all data by clearing the extension’s storage or uninstalling the add‑on.
