Firefox doesn’t let extensions set the “Homepage and new windows” setting directly (only the New Tab page).
You can workaround this if you'd like by setting it manually:
1. Open a new tab so your Cyberpunk homepage appears.
2. Bookmark that page.
3. Go to about:preferences#home (you can paste this in the address bar to go there directly or navigate there by going to Settings > Home > Homepage and new windows).
4. Under Homepage and new windows, choose Custom URLs… and select your bookmark.
