Selection criterion: - Tries to mimic regular behaviour after Ctrl+T, etc. - Tabs in collapsed tab groups are ignored. - Tabs within the active tab group are prioritised before tabs outside the active tab group. - Loaded tabs are prioritised before unloaded tabs.
