purchased it but it's not working, downloaded file is 0 bytes!!!

Hi! Really sorry about that — especially after purchasing. The 0 byte issue is now fixed in version 24.1. Please update the extension and it should be downloading properly. If it's working, we'd really appreciate an updated review! 🙏
