- Оцінка 4 з 5від JPJPJP, 7 місяців томуI love this downloader. It's excellent. But lately, it won't download certain videos. It say it does, but it's not downloaded on your computer and you can't open with media player.
- Оцінка 1 з 5від Vista, 7 місяців томуPurchased the license but it doesn't work. It shows the download progress to 100% but generates two zero byte files. At least be honest and show an error message instead of wasting users' time.

We've released version 24.1 which fixes this bug properly. Please update and try again. Please update the extension and it should download properly without those issues. Quicktime Player has no idea how to open these zero byte files...so...

оприлюднено 6 місяців томуHi Anne, sorry about that! The zero byte files were a bug that's now fixed in version 24.1. After updating, your downloads should be proper video files that open without any issues in Quicktime Player. Give it a try and if it works, we'd love an updated review! 😊
