This is the only FB video downloader that worked for me. 1) install the extension 2) go to FB and load the video page and follow instructions from extension page 3) Save the video from the new tab that has opened. easy peasy. Note: the FB page must be opened AFTER installing the extension or else the video will not be detected. Five stars easily. No clue if this has bots or whatever :/

This one actually did work. Took a little bit of messing around. It didn't catch the main video I wanted when I went to the direct video link, but when I clicked the page or channel that produced the video to go to their page, it caught it as it was the most recent video they had posted. Worked really fast too, I was surprised since it was almost a 2 hour long video. Thanks!!!

it works grate, the people talking about not downloading but merely opens the video in another tab ARE NOT HITTING THE right location you have to hit the 750P or what ever the video size is to download and not just hit download and it think i saw one saying about cant download private videos, well get the source code like it said and put in the spot to get private videos . how about read the the depictions and FOAS before making a review :)

I finally found one that works (mostly - sometimes I have to reload the page multiple times)! I tried extension after extension. At least 10 of them. Some of them were very highly-rated. None of them would download a video with audio from FB. All but one of them would not even detect the video. The one that would detect it downloaded without audio. This one worked. Too bad it doesn't grab the name of the video as the filename.

Basic and working (as of today). However, it doesn't appear to be able to download the best resolution possible.
