Fix YouTube Volume — Logarithmic Volume Scaling for YouTube



Overview:

YouTube's default volume control is linear, which doesn't align well with how humans perceive changes in loudness. This extension fixes that by applying a logarithmic volume scaling to YouTube's player, making volume adjustments feel more natural and smooth.

Why logarithmic volume?

Human hearing perceives loudness logarithmically, meaning equal increments in volume are not perceived as equal changes in loudness. This extension attempts to bridge that gap, matching volume control to how we hear, making it easier to set comfortable listening levels.
