By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not use the Service.

G-Suite Dark Mode provides a local cosmetic modification to apply a dark theme to specific Google Suite web pages. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Extension without our express permission.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Fulllion Creative Works, our employees, or any other entity.

Our Service operates by modifying the visual appearance of third-party websites (specifically, Google web applications). Fulllion Creative Works is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Because we do not control these third-party websites, the functionality of the Extension may be affected if those websites change their code, structure, or design.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Part 2: Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Fulllion Creative Works ("us", "we", or "our") operates the G-Suite Dark Mode browser extension (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

2. Information Collection and Use
G-Suite Dark Mode is designed with strict privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data, browsing history, or analytics. * Personal Data: We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personally identifiable information to use the Service.

• Usage Data: We do not track which websites you visit or how often you use the Extension.
• Local Storage: The only data generated by this Extension is your preference for whether the dark mode toggle is currently turned "on" or "off". This preference is saved directly to your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local) on your personal device. This data never leaves your computer and is never transmitted to Fulllion Creative Works or any third-party servers.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Because we do not collect any user data, we do not sell, rent, or share any personal information or browsing habits with any third-party companies, advertisers, or service providers.

4. Security
All operations performed by the Service occur locally within your web browser. There are no external databases or servers associated with the core functionality of the G-Suite Dark Mode extension that could be subject to a data breach.

5. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone.
