Surprise! You cannot use your chosen location unless you upgrade. Appears to be a scam claiming a free tool that is solely for the purpose of conning you into buying the service it promised in the first place.

We have a new update with many fixes and new locations and you can select the free location you want, you are welcome to give it a try.
