That is not happening to me. Like I explained to the previous reviewer, you have to go back to the bot's main page, the one with the comments and the creator's notes. Then, you have to click on "Start a new chat". If it doesn't actually see the creator's notes, it will not get it. You can't go directly into the new chat.
