I've been a LastPass Premium member for years, but this extension has ceased working with Firefox. All attempts to resolve my issues through LastPass have been useless. Their customer service is non-existant, unless you consider that broken promises of a fix is some kind of solution. Now I'm left with the remainder of an annual subscription that does not work. Pitiful.

I don't know what I'm doing or how I got here! Why can't life be simpler?

Used to be great but after they forced you to pay to use mobile and desktop, things started going downhill.

It doesn't actually remember your passwords for 30 days, it's glitchy.

The major breech made LastPass a laughingstock, especially since that's their whole platform and purpose. That was the real tipping point for me.

This is terrible, whenever I try to have the site generate a password or even copy the password last pass generates it takes the whole field, covers it up and then suggests me to generate a new password again. Don't waste your time.

Used to be great, but the current version won't find anything stored in the vault. Opening the vault leads to a page where you see your stored credentials, but can't open their properties. Sad to see, that the LastPass Browser-Extension has become pretty useless.

Keeps forgetting the 30 day login, and became a real pain lately

It used to be great but since the recent major UI update it has become extremely unresponsive and horrible to use.

The Lastpass password manager function appears to work fine, but with each update certain configuration changes do not persist with updates. For example, Firefox automatically updated Lastpass extension to 4.116.0.2. The "Log out after this many minutes of inactivity" setting was cleared and I was persistently logged in. This was previously set to 1 minute. This has not been the first time a Lastpass update has cleared this setting parameter. I would be cautious using this tool as this is a very large security issue.

After using LastPass for years, I cannot add the LastPass icon to my Firefox toolbar. I have tried every thing offered in support. No help !

The LastPass Firefox revised "Search Your Vault" function is agonizingly slow, when it works. Why the change for the worse!?!

The LastPass browser extensions (FireFox and Chrome) worked well until about six months ago. Since then it's been awful. Asking me if I want to save a password every time an asynchronous action happens on a web site/application, or not offering to fill in usernames or passwords, or suggesting that I "launch" the page I'm already on, and then not filling that one in either. Sometimes it won't find a password for the site I'm on, even though nothing has changed in years. Kind of useless.

Recovery options don't work after losing my master password. Even support couldn't figure out why as they were properly set up and, as they said several times, they couldn't see any errors from their side. Oh well, I probably needed to reset every one of my passwords anyway.

Heaven forbid if you go to the hospital for an extended period and forget your master password. You may as well find another product to use.

Dealing with their support was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any support ever.

Take your business elsewhere. It's only a matter of time before these guys get compromised anyway.

Used to be an excellent add-on, but quality has massively deteriorated over the last year.

Can no longer log into the extension after restarting Firefox for ANY reason, requiring a reinstall of the extension.

Have tried all suggestions from lastpass support, NOTHING WORKS to resolve this MAJOR ISSUE.

I've been a long time user of LastPass but it is unusable in Firefox now. Recently, it has got slower and slower, especially opening the vault, however today all the secure notes are blank. They still work in Chrome but I prefer to stick with Firefox, so I will start looking at alternatives.

The company I work for requires that I use this password manager but otherwise it would be the last password manager I'd ever use. I hate it with a vengeance.

Whenever you log in somewhere, a popup will appear in the upper right corner offering to remember your password. So far, so good; hence the one star of this review.

But if you don't WANT LastPass to remember your password (hey, their security has been sorely lacking in the past; I don't trust them any more than I can throw 'em -- and I have a trick knee), then ignoring that popup isn't going to be enough: it'll stay there until you explicitly tell it to go away. Take a hint, friggin' plugin!
