Market Arc is a price tracking service. We monitor retail product prices and notify you by email when prices drop. Contact: ialbu979@gmail.com
What we collect and why

Email address — to send you price drop alerts you requested.
Product URLs and prices — to monitor the products you chose to track.
Profile (optional) — age range, gender, country, if you choose to provide them, to help us understand our users. This is entirely optional.


Legal basis (UK GDPR)

We rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). You provided your email specifically to receive price alerts. We process only what is necessary for that purpose.
How long we keep your data

We keep your data while you are an active user. If you unsubscribe, we delete all your data — including email, tracked products, and price history — within 30 days. You can also request immediate deletion at any time (see below).
Your rights

Right to erasure — email us at ialbu979@gmail.com and we will delete all your data immediately. Or use the unsubscribe link in any email we sent you.
Right of access — email us and we will tell you exactly what data we hold about you.
Right to object — unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.


Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We use:

SendGrid — to send emails (your email address is shared with them).
ScrapingBee — to fetch product prices (only product URLs, not your email).
Render — our hosting provider (data stored in their EU/US infrastructure).


Cookies

We use session cookies for the admin panel and for logged-in users. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party cookies.
Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above.
