Найновіша версія
Версія 1.8.2
Випущено 12 серп 2026 р. - 38,23 КБПрацює з firefox 58.0 і новіше- The context menu and keyboard shortcut no longer send the download before you can react. With One-Click Mode disabled they now open the popup pre-filled with the target URL, so quality, folder and other options can be adjusted first (#18).
- With One-Click Mode enabled, all four entry points queue the download immediately without opening the popup.
- Right-clicking a link now carries that link's URL into the popup instead of the URL of the page you are on.

Попередні версії
Версія 1.8.1
Випущено 12 серп 2026 р. - 38,17 КБПрацює з firefox 58.0 і новіше- Default folder and custom name prefix now support variables: %HOSTNAME%, %DOMAIN%, %DATE%, %YEAR%, %MONTH%, %DAY%. For example, a folder of videos/%DOMAIN% files a YouTube download under videos/youtube.com, so downloads can be categorized by site automatically (#26).
- Variables are resolved against the URL actually being sent, so right-clicking a link uses that link's host rather than the host of the page you're on.
- Unrecognized %TOKENS% are left as-is, so existing folder and prefix values are unaffected.

Випущено 8 черв 2026 р. - 36,86 КБПрацює з firefox 58.0 і новіше- Added support for MeTube's new download options: Type (Video/Audio/Captions/Thumbnail) and Codec (Auto/H.264/H.265/AV1/VP9).
- Format and Quality dropdowns now adapt to the selected Type, matching MeTube's UI exactly (e.g., Audio shows m4a/mp3/opus/wav/flac with per-format bitrate options; Captions shows srt/txt/vtt/ttml).
- Existing default settings are automatically migrated.

- Improved error messages for connection failures — the addon now detects missing permissions and tells you exactly what to do.
- Added CORS troubleshooting guide to README for cases where the permission fix alone isn't enough (CORS_ALLOWED_ORIGINS=*).
