This extension adds some handy shortcuts to your OTRS/Znuny experience.

So far there are two features:
- copy ticket link in marksdown format to your clipboard either via context menu or keyboard shortcut. Default Alt+C
- copy the sender email address of an article to the clipboard. Default Ctrl+Alt+C

Defaults can be changed in the settings.
