Overbuurt (operated by Makewell, a private limited company in the Netherlands) is GDPR-compliant. The browser extension collects: your name and email address (via Google sign-in) for account management; the Dutch residential address shown on the listing page you are viewing (only when you open the popup) in order to generate a property report; and a session token stored locally to keep you signed in.
