I've used this add-on for a while and worked fine. But now with FF 62 it stopped working! I re-installed the plugin. It remembered my previous URL's, but the thumbs are very large, and I can't change it. Every time I want to r/click to go to the settings nothing happens, and my screen freezes when I want to scroll down.
And when I click on a regular link on my bookmarks the pages doesn't load.
Can you please fix this?
After a lot of hassle and after all deinstalling FVD I reinstalled QD again. It works again now, but I had to reset all my settings and images. After all I'm glad it's working again. Hopefully it will survive the next updates.

После обновления Firefox до 61.0.2 (х64) расширение Quick Dial стало ужасно тормозить, а вместе с ним и браузер. Сайты и папки из визуальных закладок практически невозможно открыть. Более того, при вводе адреса в адресной строке браузера, сайты грузятся бесконечно и не открываются. При отключении Quick Dial все работает нормально.
Пришлось Quick Dial отключить совсем. А жаль. Так как по функциональности и удобству пользования это единственное в своём роде расширение для организации визуальных закладок на стартовом экране.
Пока не удаляю, так как надеюсь, что после почти года бездействия разработчик всё же выкатит обновление этого удобного расширения с корректной работой на новых версиях браузера.
Очень жду! И желаю разработчику и дальше придерживаться правильного на мой взгляд направления по сохранению всех закладок локально.

На ответ разработчика: Действительно, некорректную работу вызвало расширение Flash Video Downloader. После отключения всё работает отлично! Меняю оценку на 5 звёзд.

I've been giving this extension a trial run for a few day now, and so far, there's a lot to like about it. It's a clean look with an equally simple interface. What I don't find however is a method to rearrange the placement of the dials. When new dials are added, the default is 'last in line.' Understandable, but an option to later place it elsewhere would really be a bonus. Otherwise, very nice work!

Нельзя перетаскивать ссылки в папки, нельзя копировать или вырезать ссылки что бы перенести в папку.
Если Вы хотите сохранить какую-то ссылку в папку Вам надо делать это через стандартный менеджер закладок.
Я бы поставил -5 балов. Бесполезное не доделанное расширение.
В любых других подобных аналогах можно ссылки переносить в папки без проблем...

Приложение вроде как работает не плохо, перешел на него с FASTDIAL, но вот есть одна проблема, отсутствует автоматическая сортировка при удалении ссылок, приходится приводить все в порядок в ручную, а это очень, очень неудобно. Исправьте пожалуйста, чтобы можно было автоматически отсортировать закладки

Как можно экспортировать и сохранить все закладки? У Fast Dial была папка в меню "закладки", здесь такого не нахожу.

P.P.S. Дополнение некорректно работает со скролом мышки Logitech MX Master 2S - если закладки занимают более двух экранов, то попасть на второй экран невозможно, все три экрана прокручиваются за один шаг скрола вне зависимостей от его настроек.

Avant de vous laisser qqchose par paypal :-) Pouvez-vous me dire pourquoi, quand je lance Firefox.... c'est bien la page quickDial qui se lance mais tout est noir ... Quand j'ajoute un site... il n'apparait pas.... Cela arrive souvent et je dois chaque fois supprimer complétement le module, le rajouter ensuite... Cela fonctionne mais les vignettes et l'ordre sont perdus.... Ceci dit c'est fantastique ce module un gigantesque merci

Its a good add-on. Folders are great, bookmark integration book. Not very intuitive to use.


@Lantzgd Right click on the Quick Dial page for options! Dials are stored in Bookmarks. Press Ctrl+Shift+B and then go to 'Bookmarks Menu' then 'Quick Dial' folder to manage them.

I've just spent a few days reviewing a few of the available dial apps available for Firefox on MAC, and after deciding on Quick Dial, performed a few preliminary task on my end and was ready to go.

Downloaded Quick Dial, followed the link, "First Start Video", only to discover that there's NO audio for the video, and NO discernible information on how to actual use the app.

So while I'm sure those who have discovered some hidden treasure trove of "How To", and other such, "Useful Hints", and are likely enjoying Quick Dial, all I can do, at this time, is stare at a grayish blue blank page, without any ideas about to proceed, how to use, or who to contact about this disappointing Firefox app.

ANY ASSISTANCE WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Пока не особо надежно без импорта, но как ранний аналог Fast Dial вполне годно. Из глюков заметил, что иногда не срабатывает главная страница плагина при старте браузера. Все проблемы с медленным стартом вызывает ADBlock, заменяйте его на uBlock Origin. Долго не мог понять, что так тупит при старте и понял, что это не вина квикдайла.
