This add-on for RoboForm is unable to be installed. The directions says to click on a button then another one to install this add-on. There are no buttons or the page the buttons are supposed to be on. So what's happening is the 'circle' keeps spinning around and says, "Loading...". Otherwise, when I click on the icon, the page does nothing but go away when I click on anything on it.

It seems like Every RoboForm update has some problem. I'm still waiting to get one that installs flawlessly into Safari and Firefox. I get tired of writing support for help. That said, Support has ALWAYS helped me fix the problem quickly.
Support gets * * * * *.

I don't know where I'd be without RoboForm - have been using it for years now and have it across a desktop computer, laptop, tablet and mobile phone. Love it love it love it!

It installed but then nothing else happened

I have to say this app is frustrating at times just doesn't want to fill in forms or passwords, not going to renew. Support isn't helpful either.

I love Roboform - it has helped my tremedously for the past several years. It is WELL WORTH the cost!

I like it, but as soon as I log in, roboform crashes

I like the fact that I do not have to remember 12000 passwords. I am old and my memory is feeble. Only problem is I cannot get 8.6 keeps going back to 8.5.

I have used RoboForm since the 80's. I have it on all my devices and could not function without it. It syncs on all my platforms and never fails. Makes all I do much easier and faster plus eliminating fat fingers.
