Roboform is not working correctly with Firefox
I have used Roboform for many years and it has been very helpful and accurate. I love it to the point that my last renewal was for 3 years. Recently changes in Firefox has rendered it useless for many of my logins. It is not populating the fields for credit card information and not login in the selected webpages. Even when it works it is not efficient. I have to click more times to do what I was able to do with only one or two clicks. I am also having most of the problems reported by other users. Hopefully they will fix the bugs or I will be forced to look for an alternative.

After last update, It not work truly and always when I click on the Button on Mozilla Toolbar, its crash and not work!

Since Firefox upgraded to V57, the recent versions of the Roboform extension for Firefox are much less useful than they used to be - no upper toolbar and the optional lower toolbar randomly disappears or gets obscured; no option on the button interface to fill only or edit password fields, only fill and submit; a cluttered screen on the button interface that requires more clicks and provides fewer functions. Roboform blames this on the Firefox requirement to use Web Extensions, and Firefox pins the responsibility on Roboform to adapt its interface. In truth, Firefox is free and Roboform charges so Roboform has the most to lose if customers leave because of the reduced capability.. Even before Firefox V57, Roboform was becoming less useful because of two-factor authentication, two screen logins, sites that block automatic filling of password fields, and the like. I've used Roboform for many years, but at this point I would recommend that a new user try one of the free password managers.

I love that it remembers my passwords for me.
So convenient, can't live without it

When it works it's great. Everything that has to do with any updating of a Robo-Form Program needs to be automatic. I'm a computer dummy and it may take me a month to figure out and correct something that fails to work on a particular program like Robo-Form. If it doesn't check it's own operation functionality and correct it's own failures so that every feature works correctly, all the time, it takes me forever to get it working again. Many people will just give up and remove the program. You don't want that to happen. Think stupid to increase customer retention/longevity. Sorry. I explained my thoughts as best as I could. Roboform used to be a good program, latest version is unreliable, clumsy, ununtuitive and generally a pain in the ass. I will be looking for an alernative.

makes life easier logging in to accounts

Tech support does not reply or fix issues.
RoboForm Does not work in Firefox and have had issues for 3 months now with no help from support.
