At one time this was an excellent utility. However, it is impossible to sync with other devices and there is NO CUSTOMER support. You can submit support ticket requests, however the answers you receive may or may not have anything to do with the issue needed help with. Do not use this program... you will regret it.

Sucks. Not clear how to have RF at the bottom oc the screen. Can RF just produce a single click to accomplish this task which everyond needs

I have been unable to activate this program as the required passcode has not been sent to me.

Frustrated AF. Wasted two weeks setting up accounts with this for paywall block today. Uninstalling the extension after this review. Went to insert password into a website, can't. Open Roboform to find out the "free" product has expired and I'm now being forced to download a file on my computer to continue accessing my saved passwords. At no time during the extension install was there a notice that the Free was a Trial extension for 14 days only and that after that the user would have to download something to continue. I'm not downloading your product, I wanted an extension. Since you misled me about the product, I'm uninstalling and letting others know that they run the risk of being paywall blocked on their passwords and forced into a download they didn't expect or want. I don't know what you are including in your download. I can't trust the download wouldn't contain malware, spyware, or as seen by the extension holding my passwords hostage, some kind of ransomware.

After the latest update to Roboform on Sept. 2, 2023 the start page will not initialize in Mozilla firefox.
