It was the best VPN until a few days ago. They have gained their customers and out of blue they have put a 30-minute limit for their free users. This is outrageous.

Edit: They have decreased the connection amount to 15 minutes! Uninstalled it right away.

I paid 45USD on 31 July 2023 for a premium account for 2 years. On 22 August I still have no access to my premium account. The support is pretty disappointing. I have been asked to provide details. After I sent the requested details several times I still receive emails asking me for details. I don't know what happens to my emails I have sent. I don't know what sort of details I should send in addition because the problem is quite simple: For unknown reasons 3 weeks later I still haven't access to my premium account.

Subsequently to a payment for a 7 days premium VPN access occurred on my bank account several fraudulent credit card payments in USD (currency of the payment). As I have never had any such problem before, I consider that Setup VPN's payment site is not safe or maybe there is a leak inside the company. Here is what they answered to my complaint: "We are a vpn company with 8 million people. Please go to your bank and close that card, we think the leak is on your side." No greetings, no serious consideration, very unprofessional. Definiteley not recommandable.
