TheRedStonee Vault is a zero-knowledge password manager. Your master password never leaves your browser; every entry is encrypted locally (PBKDF2-SHA256 + AES-256-GCM) and only unreadable ciphertext is stored on your own TheRedStonee account — we cannot read your passwords or vault contents. The extension stores locally only a device token (to authenticate to your own vault API) and your preferences; if you enable "Stay unlocked", the locally derived key is kept so the vault stays unlocked.
