Worst VPN application I used! Closes connection after i leave browser for literally one second, forget about privacy with this shitty VPN. Extension window opens only from 3rd or 4th time. Better use another one!

There browser extensions for mozilla firefox and chrome have no way to save your credentials, and don't auto log you in and automatically connect as soon the browser is opened... You have to click on the extension icon which brings you to a page where you can SIGN UP... if the person already has the extension they sure as shit have the product. You have to click "Or use an existing account" in fine print below. CLICKING THE LOGIN ON THE EXTENSION ICON SHOULD TAKE YOU TO THE LOGIN!! NOT THE SIGNUP!! You guys actually fixed that the day I first complained about it and a month later it was put back. Fix it again... or better yet set your browser extension to allow you to auto connect as soon as you open your browser, by remembering your credentials...

The extension doesn't open, when clicking the icon only a short line appears as if the extension opens underneath the tab. Their support is useless.

Usually good, this time when I click the extension button that says off it just redirects to my account/overview. I have data, over 2gb and it won't work at all.

latest update totally broke it, not working at all, extension getting crashed/stuck, disabling internet for browser, only disabling tunnelbear extension helps to get back internet

What else is new? Another unprofessional, dishonest "free vpn" whose addons don't work for Either FFOX or Chrome. You have to download THEIR proprieitary software to use this "vpn" and THEN you have to give them your REAL email address, which of course destroys any hoped for privacy u had in ever wanting to use a vpn to begin with. Their proxies are not residential so any site that used proxy identification can block u when they see ur using a proxy, which most will do. Once you get it running it does seem faster than most of the other free proxies, but at what cost-sharing your data with who knows who for ads, etc. The extensions for tunnel bear do not work and you will get connection blocked by firewall even though you have not firewall on nor do you have any settings for their service. More smoke and mirrors from fake vpn data miners invading your privacy. What a joke, no wonder it's "free".
