I am not able to download videos neither from youtube nor from other sites via 3.0 version on firefox 57 version. Please keep the old one, it is easy to use.
You still can install old AVD version in Firefox 56 and below from Mozilla website here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/video-downloader-player/versions/ In case of problem with new nwe AVD 3.0 please contact with details to our support at https://support.ant.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
