Since 2 or 3 weekes it is not working properly on Raiplay website. I can only download the video but not the audio. Result: I have a mute video! It is impossible to contact the support team of Video DownloadHelper. / It was a great tool to dounload videos but now is full of bugs. / Depuis quelques semaines sur certains site (ex. Raiplay) télécharge seulement la vidéo mais pas l'audio. On se retrouve avec une vidéo muet. Dommage, il fonctionnait très bien avant. Il est presque impossible de contacter le soutien.

Ein sehr nützliches Werkzeug für viele, aber leider nicht für alle Websites, die Videos bereitstellen. Trotzdem fünf Sterne, denn die Bedienung ist durchdacht, sehr einfach und intuitiv.

Кусок отбросов, а не загрузчик видеороликов. В бесплатной версии лепит QR-код в 1/6 экрана.Спрашивается на кой чёрт это недоразумение нужно, если есть XTREME DOWNLOAD MANAGER, имеющий более гибкие настройки, с открытым кодом и не требующий Ваши кровные?

I have been using Video DownloadHelper for several years now and have found it to be an excellent tool. It is surely one of the most reliable I have encountered. Although I have seldom needed technical help over the years, when I have been in need (usually due to some change on a particular website), I have found the folks supporting this software to be helpful and responsive in a friendly and expeditious manner. I am very happy with this product.
