Worked for a while, then totally crapped out, and now useless, on Windows7 32-bit machine. Maybe a browser problem with Firefox, not sure about this. Won't download anything, cuts out at random places.

Video DownloadHelper has served me well for many years. It has been simple to use yet effective in downloading a variety of videos.

It has kept up with any necessary updates as Firefox has evolved over the years.

I highly recommend it.

Been using VDH for close to ten years and even bought a conversion license. Through all the changes it continues to perform and it is better than ever.

Es gibt Videos auf Youtube, da geht gar nichts mit download. Video DownloadHelper funktioniert fast durchgehend. Vor allem jetzt gerade haben "private video downloader" und "easy video downloader" wieder ihren Geist aufgegeben.
