END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
WePLM — JIRA Ticket Creator Browser Extension

IMPORTANT: Please read this agreement carefully before using this software.

1. LICENSE GRANT

WePLM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the "WePLM — JIRA Ticket Creator" browser extension ("Software") on a single machine, subject to the terms of this agreement.

• Standard License: Permits screenshot capture and JIRA ticket creation.
• Pro License: Permits all Standard features plus video recording.

Each license key is bound to a single machine and cannot be transferred or shared.

1. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:
- Share, redistribute, or sublicense your license key to others
- Use a single license key on multiple machines
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose

1. OWNERSHIP

The Software is owned by WePLM and is protected by copyright laws. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.

1. SUBSCRIPTION AND EXPIRY

License keys may have an expiration date. Upon expiry, the Software will cease to function until a new valid license key is provided. WePLM is not obligated to provide renewal keys.

1. DATA HANDLING
2. All user data (JIRA credentials, screenshots, videos) is stored locally in your browser.
3. Data is transmitted only to your own configured JIRA instance (Atlassian servers).
4. WePLM does not collect, store, or transmit any user data to its own servers.
5. No analytics, telemetry, or tracking is performed by the Software.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WEPLM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL WEPLM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WEPLM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

WEPLM'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE LICENSE KEY.

1. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. WePLM may terminate this license at any time if you breach any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies.

WePLM reserves the right to revoke license keys in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of this agreement.

1. UPDATES

WePLM may release updates to the Software from time to time. Updates may modify features, fix bugs, or change system requirements. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

1. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
