it stopped working halfway through a TV program being watched in New York on a UK VPN... 4 or 5 days later and after several hours doing what ZenMate suggested (many which could not be done as there were no such expected options) I have given up and asked for a refund.
Whether they are a good enough company to refund or a bunch of xxxxxsters is yet to be discovered...
