Would you be able to share a list of add-ons you currently run with Firefox Quantum. A few users brought up the same issue and then it turns out the cause was actually another add-on they had in common after the FF update which wasn't related to ZenMate.

Could you share the error you get with us? Usually installing the compatible add-on via https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/zenmate/ should work without any issues.

Upgrading your Firefox browser to Firefox Quantum automatically removes old add-ons that are incompatible with the new version of Firefox. This is not an issue that is caused by ZenMate, but by upgrading your browser. Natürlich haben wir an allen Standorten mehrere redundante Proxys verfügbar. Und sollten wirklich alle ausfallen, wird automatisch auf einen anderen Standort umgeschaltet, so dass der Service immer verfügbar ist.
