If you select tab(s), click "Record tabs for moving" in the context menu, then in the other window click "Move recorded tabs here", you can move tabs between windows.

EDIT: Full multi-window functionality was added in version 1.0.46. NOTE however, this feature is EXPERIMENTAL, and currently NOT SUPPORTED.
