I wanted to rate it 4 1/2 stars. BID performs it's stated task well and I have no specific gripes with the product and haven't found a suitable replacement (the best I've found for what it does). If the user's DL volume is high, it is well worth the relatively low annual cost (and, if you pay attention to the update 'end date', you can run the program in perpetuity-just with no further updates). I would assume many people might take issue with the companion program (took a while to talk myself into trusting it, but, have seen no ill effects after ~7 years of using it). Once installed, there is a bit of setup to perform based on usage that might throw off the casual user (settings/site login procedures, etc), but, it generally works 'one-click' once everything has been set. The reason for the 4-4 1/2 star rating is the lack of advanced instructions (which has gotten much better over the years) and it sometimes won't grab vids from some sites (which isn't a huge problem as it is Bulk IMAGE Downloader).

a very useful and easy toolgiving you more options that you will usually need. I use it almost every day to load down (legal) pictures for my work.

Has to be loaded down seperately, ut integration in Firefox is easy.

Using it (the main app i mean) with regular license from year. It's the best in this field and value all the money. Update frequently of the main app ... i remove one star only for this addon because i'm waiting from 2 years that you add a way to customize the shortcut ... in some languages the default shortcut are already in use by firefox itself ... i'm unable to use the ALT-SHIFT-C for example. Please add the way to customize the shortcut and you gain the last star ! :)

I have it installed on my hard drive and have link to Chrome & Firefox that I got from extensions place. When I click on Icon It does it little thing like its going to load but never dose. so then go to desktop and use that one. I have a paid subscription but still dose not work PLEASE HELP oh yea I already did the uninstall install think
