Had to downgrade due to 16.6.0 being broken and non-functional. Suggest Keeper Security Inc. actually apply quality control before issuing faulty updates. Also, a lot doesn't work on a LOT of sites.

    Slows down the browser to the point that it takes 5-10 minutes for the application to open. Trying to install the extension bricked my Firefox installation around five times before I got it to work.

    These are likely related to the fact that I have a few hundred open tabs, but it's nevertheless unacceptable. I would use any other password manager (Proton Pass, Bitwarden, ...) if I could.

E.G. what version you are using, what OS, vault size (e.g. do you have thousands of vault records against a single domain), etc. If the problem is site-specific, you can also use our ‘Snapshot Tool’ in the top right bread-crumb menu, ‘Report an Autofill Issue’, to take a snapshot of whatever site(s) had this issue so we can troubleshoot, assist and improve the product.

    One last thing - in the interim, if you are low on memory, you can try turning off Hardware Acceleration by going to Performance then uncheck 'Use recommended performance settings' and 'Use hardware acceleration when available'.

    Please note, our next release 18.0 will have more performance improvements so you can try switching it back on when that's published in the next week or so.

    Keeper is awesome I think I missed a couple of updates but this latest update has a ton of features that have really improved the app. the whats new thing is pretty cool to for giving a summary of the new stuff. like the feature they added to have multiple accounts too - lovin it! I also like that you guys added the ability to show what my master password is when I am logging in because I sometimes make a typo and it's nice to be able to unmask it so i can see what i typed wrong to fix it and login. I had to accept some new permissions with this latest update I guess this cause of the disable other password manager thing.

    Works reliably. Support is responsive and helpful. The add-in still struggles to auto-fill credit card details on some sites, but the ease of use for password auto-fill makes up for this.

    Thank you for the review. Please note, you can use the 'Snapshot Tool' under the top right breadcrumb menu 'Report an Autofill Issue' when autofill is not working on a particular site. This allows us to assist as well as improve our product. Thanks again!

    Keeper works great on Firefox.
    Had a good experience with their support team for AutoFill issues on my banking website.
    The problem was solved on the same day.

    KeeperFill works great on Firefox, fast, reliable, and super convenient for logins. I just wish biometric login was available like on Chrome and Edge. Hope it’s coming soon!

    Copying to clipboard is way too buggy. Please provide an option to disable auto-copying and removing the textselection, so I can do all that myself. 4 out of 5 times it copies the wrong part, or the whole note

    Strong password protection, useful and protective, works fast on Firefox 142 in combination with Mint 22.2 Cinnamon.

    is 95% of firefox's CPU utilization and makes pages load 5x slower.

    After some time the autofill stops working and it starts freezing the browser briefly every time a page loads. Had the same thing happen on regular Firefox and on Waterfox.
    On top of that, there's no way to blacklist some sites from autofill, which results in annoying auotfill popups or the KeeperFill icon covering some smaller input fields completely.

    Autofill does not work on many websites. I have already contacted support, but there is still no solution.

    This extension progressively slows down Firefox as it reaches extremely high CPU consumption.
    I need to keep it disabled unlesss I need to use it.
