Having the same experience as others. Ever since the update, it no longer works. It opens up the extension to pin the image but there are no boards available. It is empty. Only has the option to 'create board' but even if you do that it errors out. Definitely logged in to Pinterest in the browser. If you navigate to a site that has a 'pinit' action embedded on the image and use that it works fine (as normal). It is purely the browser extension that is no longer working (whether from the browser button or the browser added Pin save button overlay on images). Open the pin image showing empty with no boards to choose from and no ability to pin.

Have disabled all extensions = same error.
Cleared cache = same error.
Restarted computer = same error.Private browser (is allowed in there) = same error.
Disabled the extension and reinstalled multiple times = same error.

Running FF Developer Edition 68.0b8.
Pin version 4.0.82
Mac Sierra 10.12.6
Logged into multiple Pinterest accounts.

This sounds like we're confused about what Pinterest account you are signed in to. Would you please log out of all accounts, log back in to only one, and try again?

Also: do you have access to a non-developer version of Firefox?

    Update this please! Just opens a white page whenever I try to save a pin. Doesn't work at all. Sadly no other extension options for Firefox.

    So out dated and doe not work. Developer must have forgot this extension that they started as a side project 4 years ago.

    Can someone recommend a Pinterest extension that actually works???? So frustrating!

    Really amazing and convenient, however there are two bugs have made the user experience a little bit frustrating at times.

    1. The script will inject this iframe making everything on the web page unclickable and it won't go away on it's own sometimes. At first I thought Firefox was freezing, so I'd have to reload my tab, until I inspected the DOM elements and saw this being injected by the extension into the HTML.my work around for now is using a script to remove it if it's detected:

    awful. it slows down your browser because it has to load on every page, and appears on every image whether you want it to or not. if you view image heavy sites, that's a lot of processing power. then when you do save, the pin may be deleted, a whole board can be removed, and/or your entire account may be banned for guideline violations, which are handled by ai. you only get one appeal, but they can do double jeopardy and change their decision, ie reinstate a pin, but then go back and flag your account a second time on the same pin. they usually don't reinstate pins, and the metric is very kneejerk. i had 5+ pins of a video game character flagged because he had bare shoulders. i had an entire board removed for discussing things like mental illness. when you reach out to them, they don't respond, and users have found that support email addresses listed on pinterest send a message stating it's no longer in use. people with decade old accounts have been banned over it. half of my screen when i'm on pinterest at any given time is ads. i recommend checking reddit.com/r/Pinterest/ to really see the actual user experience, and how much pinterest doesn't reward user loyalty
